Doctor Lawrence J. Chase received his medical training at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia. He completed a general surgery residency. Doctor Chase also completed training in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He had fellowship training in hand and microsurgery. Doctor Chase completed his plastic surgery residency in 1982. He was certified by The American Board of Surgery in 1981. He was certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1983. Doctor Chase is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the American Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery. He also has memberships in the American College of Surgeons, Utah Medical Association, the American Society of Surgery of the Hand and the American Association for Hand Surgery.
